No CSA Offering Planned for 2021

We are almost always thinking about what we could do to make the most of the resources available to us on the farm.

We've been working for over a decade now to improve the quality of the soil to produce more nutrient-dense vegetables and beef cattle and poultry.

We had considered offering a "CSA" - short for community supported agriculture (Wikipedia article about "Community Supported Agriculture") in 2021, but decided against it.

At this point, if we do offer a CSA in the future, it would most likely look like this:

- Delivery only (we would deliver on a weekly schedule only to local neighborhoods)
- Produce would be vegetable staples, as they ripen, for weekly consumption - lettuce, carrots, radishes, tomatoes, potatoes, etc.
- Tiered, quantity based plans based on the amount of vegetables you would like to have each week

Other additional options for the CSA might include:

- first options for seasonal grass-fed beef and poultry from the farm
- custom larger orders for canning/storage vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, beets, beans
- "membership" type offerings such as invitations to camp on the farm, or hold small party events, etc.

If you might be interested in participating in a CSA, please check back here from time to time.  Thank you.
